KnowledgeWorx is taking a bold step towards helping Canadian Retailers increase awareness of their Store Systems.
KnowledgeWorx has kicked off three (3) of our first initiatives under our TLM Services strategy (Technology Lifecycle Management - ASP Services) by completing several pilot and production initiatives. Many Retailers have begun to realise the need for better management of their distributed assets, and KnowledgeWorx is the first in the industry to offer these service to our customers on a large scale to match their needs.
TLM has raised the stakes for leadership in this space by providing a more-flexible user interface, more logic and analytics, more user profiles, and better visualization of the retail environment.
Our TLM approach is a strategic, customized service rather than a standalone application. TLM enables process efficiencies in an retail environment that can overwhelm with the data and content management requirements that users face. Digital asset management with Metadata structure brings clarity to the potential data nightmare that new technology, vendors and data types can bring.
We focus on In-house resources who are the primary provider of support services, recognizing that satisfaction levels with internally delivered support are higher than services using external support. The retailer needs a service that can be used to empower internal resources with tools that will allow them to manage external vendors, some of whom routinely fail to meet service expectations.
This is yet another example of KnowledgeWorx supporting Canadian Retail business strategies.
